We have teamed up with HURT! to develop an online platform for anyone experiencing muscle, joint, or bone pain. Life happens at any given moment. We strive to find new ways to be available for you when it happens. The HURT! app gives us the ability to be there for you even after our doors are closed to provide expert guidance.
How it works:
- SET UP a free account you can be ready if you or your loved one is injured.
- ADD your information and the information of your loved ones.
- OPEN the app or use the web-based portal to connect with an on-call orthopedic specialist.
- CLICK through the prompts to identify where you are experiencing pain and the intensity.
- TALK with an orthopedic specialist about the pain or injury.
- SEND Pictures and messages to the on-call physician to accurately guide you through next steps.
- DETERMINE the best course of action based on your circumstances.
Examples of injuries or situations appropriate to use OptimNOW
- Sprains and contusions from sports related or falls and slips.
- Injuries that occur while working at home or during non-business hours.
- Aches and pains that haven’t gone away with normal over-the-counter medications, ice or rest.
